Description

Jim and Sia Voltsis had been in the restaurant business for years and, in the early 1980s, they decided to step away from the industry. But their son Evan had caught the restaurant bug. While Evan was attending Shorewood High School his final was a paper based on a business he would like to start in the future. This paper was about a pizza restaurant, named “Vangelli’s Pizza.” Opened in 1991 it was named for Spiro Aliagas, founder of the Olympia group. The Voltsis family kept the name and added two more restaurants, one in Shoreline and the last in Mukilteo.
