Operated in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood, by Christopher and Liza Serpanos who sold the restaurant in January of 2011 but returned to in mid 2012. They continue to serve and entertain customers with classic Italian and Greek cuisine.

Opened in 1970 and known for its Greek food and entertainment, it was owned by George Serpanos and later became the Grecian Corner, and 1st Hill Bar and Grill when sold to George Velaoras.

After years of experience with larger restaurants George and Meropi Serpanos , their daughter Alexandra and grandson Niko have operated this cozy family business in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood since 1997
