The third Olympia established by Spiro Aliagas is on Capitol Hill in Seattle. It has been operated by Harry Nicoloudakis since 1991. Harry’s Bar was opened in 2010 with the restored, intricately carved back bar from the historical J&M Café in Pioneer Square.
