YANNI'S GREEK CUISINE

Formerly the Lakeside Café in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood, Yanni's is family owned and operated by Pete Avgoustiou and his father and has served Greek food since 1984. It was the first Seattle restaurant to be featured on chef Gordon Ramsey's show, "Kitchen Nightmares'," where struggling restaurant are mad over from menu to décor. Thanks to Ramsey's visit, the rather plain restaurant was transformed into a bright, modern space with a reduce menu of new dishes. It is one of only a few Seattle restaurants with a complete Greek themed menu.
