This is the “last” or ultimate” restaurant by Thomas Soukakos. Located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, Omega Ouzeri, is a contemporary Greek restaurant that redefines traditional Greek recipes from earth and sea, around the long-standing tradition of mezedes – small portions, of exceptional food. Soukakos also owns VIOS on Capitol and previously a second Vios in the Third Place Book store in the Ravenna neighborhood.
