"Feeding people: an immigrant family affair" - an article about the Tziotis family and their restaurant in Seattle's Ballard Neighborhood. Opened in 2009 Ourania Tziotis with her mother Katerina cooking and her father, John hosting, Plaka was one of Seattle's newer Greek restaurants. It served Athenian style, seasonal dishses as ell as the traditional favorites. It closed in 2019 with customers sadly said goodbye.
